About Your Teacher
Natasha started practising yoga from a young age. Having been a gymnast since preschool she instantly connected with the poses and enjoyed the non competitive and nurturing environment. As an acrobat she competed at a national level for five years. Artistic gymnastics was a foundation in learning and building on strength and flexibility, tumbling, apparatus, dance and competition.
After finishing her gymnstics days she went on to coach, becoming qualified as a Women’s Intermediate Gymnastics Coach. Her lifelong love of acrobatics inspired her to qualify as an Acrobatics Coach.
