Yoga for special conditions

Yoga can offer an array of benefits to individuals with special needs.  Breathing exercises and relaxation can help relieve anxiety and aid digestion. Poses are adapted for certain conditions and classes are focused on what individuals feel comfortable with.  Private classes are very beneficial and group classes are also offered.
